Schedule a showing

Call us at (919) 916-0906 to schedule a viewing of any available property. All adult occupants (18+) who will reside in the unit must tour the property or sign a waiver if viewing remotely. We offer flexible showing times including evenings and weekends.

Submit your application

Complete the online application on this website for each adult applicant (18+). A non-refundable application fee of $50 per adult is required to cover the cost of background and credit screening. This fee is collected at submission and does not guarantee approval or reserve the unit.

Credit and background screening

We will run a credit check, criminal background check, and eviction history search through a third-party screening service. As required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), you will receive a copy of the report if adverse action is taken. Minimum credit score: 600. Income requirement: 3× monthly rent in gross monthly income.

Rental history verification

We will contact your current and prior landlords to verify your rental history. Please ensure your references are accurate and reachable. This step typically takes 1–2 business days. Gaps in rental history or inability to verify references may delay the process.

Approval decision

You will be notified by phone and email within 3–5 business days of a complete application. If approved, you have 48 hours to accept. If declined, you will receive written notice with the reason, as required under NC General Statute § 42 and the FCRA.

Sign lease and pay move-in costs

Upon approval: sign the NC residential lease agreement, pay the security deposit (equal to 1.5× monthly rent, held in a trust account per NC G.S. § 42-50), and pay the first month's rent. A joint move-in inspection will be conducted and documented for both parties' protection.
